Documentary Information Officer
An indispensable support to the training and research missions of the Haute Ecole de Santé - Vaud, the HESAV library actively participates in the development of the information skills of students and HESAV staff. For the library, this is a very good development opportunity.

You ensure the reception, lending, and information service to the public according to the established schedule, ensuring a quality service adapted to users’ needs. You also manage interlibrary loans (books).
You actively participate in collection management: documentary processing (equipment, cataloguing, indexing, bulletin preparation), monitoring and processing orders.
Furthermore, you support the HESAV community in developing its information skills. Finally, you engage in projects, development actions, and the promotion of the library, contributing to its outreach and evolution.
DESIRED PROFILE
Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a documentary information officer, or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in cataloguing, particularly with the Alma system (Renouvaud). You are also proficient with common IT and office tools.
With an excellent sense of service, you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a genuine capacity for listening. You know how to manage your tasks autonomously and efficiently while showing flexibility.
Your team spirit allows you to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and contribute to a positive and constructive work dynamic.
