IT Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
User support and assistance in first level support
Setup and maintenance of workstation solutions with hardware and software
Active participation in IT projects as well as support in their implementation
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack as well as expertise in networking, security or VOIP
Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g. Powershell) is an advantage
Enjoyment in communication with employees and confident demeanour in stressful situations
Reliable, independent and committed working style
Very good German language skills spoken and written
