- Further development of internal processes in the areas of Service Request, ITSM, and Portfolio Management
- Conducting needs analyses focusing on cost-effectiveness, strategic benefits, business cases, and utility analyses
- Analysing and documenting work processes including creating activity, context, and process diagrams
- Transparent documentation in ITSM and DMS systems as well as preparing regular management reports
- Handover and coordination of approved requirements to IT service providers including service level monitoring
- Coordination of collaboration between departments, IT, management, and external partners
- Identifying optimisation opportunities through analysis of recurring requirements and service requests
- Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Business Analysis, or Requirements Engineering
- Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and create reliable decision-making bases
- Solid ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM systems
- Analytical working style and practical experience with BPMN, UML as well as process and requirements modelling
- Current technological understanding in IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace, security, network, data, and software engineering
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2)
- Impeccable reputation and driving licence category B
- Flexible working hours with high personal responsibility and good planning in everyday work

Responsibilities
- Recording, evaluating, and managing IT requirements, service needs, innovations, and strategic initiatives- Further development of internal processes in the areas of Service Request, ITSM, and Portfolio Management

Profile
- University degree in Business Informatics, Business Analysis, or comparable- Several years of experience in IT Service Management, Business Analysis, or Requirements Engineering
- Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and create reliable decision-making bases
- Solid ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM systems
- Analytical working style and practical experience with BPMN, UML as well as process and requirements modelling
- Current technological understanding in IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace, security, network, data, and software engineering
