On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Senior Accountant M/F 100%
- Federal Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland, experience in industry a strong ASSET
- Autonomous / mastery of general accounting
- SAP or other / very comfortable with IT tools
- Sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality
PERMANENT POSITION, with excellent conditions As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the complete management of the company’s accounts and the recording of accounting operations, as well as the preparation of financial statements according to a defined schedule while respecting the requirements of rigour and integrity.
-Supplier management: Entry and payment of invoices, VAT declaration.
-Fixed assets management: entry of depreciations, inventories, lease follow-up, GL reconciliation, monthly update of the annual investment budget with actual expenses.
-Sales control: Invoice control, reconciliation between the sales module and GL, sending reminders in agreement with the Sales Department.
-Cash entry: Entry of bank transactions, update of the cash flow table, cash management, expense report follow-up, management of bank access.
-Tax management: payment of tax instalments and account justification.
-Follow-up of salary advances, entry and monitoring of social charges, monitoring of provision accounts.
-Management of annual and monthly closing: closing entries, balance justification.
-Audit management
-Ensure the reliability of the company’s accounts and the preparation of accounting documents in compliance with legislation
-General responsibility for the proper functioning of the company’s archives.
-Analysis of overhead costs
-Actively participate in improvement projects.
