- Creating concepts and system documentation as well as maintaining them
- Analysing projects with the client, creating concepts and ensuring successful implementation
- Analysing and monitoring the functionality of the server landscape
- Support, maintenance and further development of Windows servers, virtual environments and storage systems
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in client support
- Several years of experience in the field of virtualisation using VMware
- Very good German and good English skills (any additional language is advantageous)
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Strong team and communication skills
- Experience in project management

Profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship with higher education in IT (HF, FH, University, ETH)- Proven experience in client support
- Several years of experience in the field of virtualisation using VMware
- Very good German and good English skills (any additional language is advantageous)
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Strong team and communication skills
- Experience in project management
