Responsibilities:
Maintenance, installation, and configuration of customer IT infrastructures (server and workstation environments)
Ensuring a stable operation in a service management organisation
Handling 2nd-level support requests and troubleshooting
Independent on-site customer assignments and technical support
High willingness to learn and continuous development of IT skills
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with at least 3 years of experience as an IT System Engineer
Experience and certifications in Microsoft Azure and M365 as well as customer environment support
Knowledge of virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), Citrix, networks, and IT security
Experience in the administration and further development of IT infrastructures
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
