What is my role?

• You juggle numbers and conjure up customised offers that delight our customers

• You are the friendly voice on the phone and the professional behind the emails - simply the first point of contact for all customer concerns ?

• Maintaining master data and coordinating orders? No problem for you - you ensure that everything runs like clockwork

• With your overview, you keep all ongoing projects under control and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

What do I need to be successful?

• You ideally have a commercial apprenticeship as a merchant EFZ or comparable further training

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required, French at level C1 or higher is mandatory, and basic knowledge of English completes your language profile ?

• Technology and communication are your passion - and you love to use both in exchange with customers and colleagues ?

• Working independently, precisely and efficiently is exactly your thing

• You are dynamic, always think of the customer and remain cool and friendly even in hectic moments

• You enjoy making phone calls - you manage to build trust already in the first conversation ?
