Internal Sales Staff 80-100% (a)
Your tasks
- Advising our customers by telephone and e-mail - processing customer orders and enquiries
- Creating comparison lists to support the sales field service
- First-level support for our web applications
- Participation in projects (e.g. process optimisation, introduction of new services)
- Close cooperation with external parties (e.g. logistics partners, health insurance companies)
Your qualifications
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in contact with customers and proactive collaboration
- You work independently and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Languages: German and French (B1), Italian an advantage
