Accounting Expert (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss construction and real estate services company with many years of experience in the realisation of demanding construction projects. The scope of activities includes, among others, building construction, civil engineering, and road construction as well as the development, superstructure, and management of real estate.
Employees work in a practical environment with various internal specialist departments as well as external partners and accompany diverse projects with different requirements.
Responsibilities:
The independent preparation of OR financial statements for several companies and joint ventures is a central part of your responsibilities.
You act as a competent interface to auditors and support the finance management with demanding accounting and tax issues.
With your Abacus knowledge, you expand existing reporting and evaluation capabilities.
You identify optimisation potential in accounting, further develop system configurations and interfaces, and accompany corresponding projects.
In the operational finance day-to-day, you lend a hand and support, among other things, with accounts payable, account reconciliations, and joint venture accounting.
Qualifications:
A high level of confidence in annual and interim financial statements according to OR as well as several years of practical experience in an SME environment distinguish you.
You work very confidently with Abacus FiBu and fixed assets and have a strong affinity for IT systems.
Independence, self-motivation, and an analytical and structured approach are among your key strengths.
The continuous optimisation of processes and structures in accounting motivates you, and you actively contribute.
You communicate clearly, coordinate different stakeholders confidently, and think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented; German written and spoken fluently.
