Medical Practice Assistant 20% - Emergency Practice
Exciting challenges await you
- Reception of patients and ensuring optimal care
- Handling telephone patient enquiries during opening hours
- Performing administrative tasks (including writing reports and recording services (TARDOC))
- Assisting and helping with consultations and wound care
- Conducting laboratory tests and ECGs
- Acting as a hub between the hospital and general practitioners
What distinguishes you for the job
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Several years of professional experience
- Willingness to work exclusively in the evenings, weekends and public holidays including holiday cover (working hours: Mon-Fri 17:00 - 22:15, weekends and public holidays: 09:30 – 22:15 in shift work)
- Flawless knowledge of medical terminology, as well as good MS Office skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- High degree of independence, flexibility and service orientation
