What you can contribute
- Advise and support line managers in all HR processes, from workforce planning to recruitment, onboarding, development, management and up to the departure of employees
- Provide close support to managers on issues related to public personnel law, human resources management and individual situations, offering pragmatic solutions compliant with the legal framework
- Ensure the implementation of the Confederation's HR policy and strategy and guarantee the smooth running of human resources management activities for the benefit of various stakeholders (line management, staff, technical management, HR Service Center, etc.)
- Support HR transformation projects and assist line managers in change management, organisational development and the evolution of corporate culture
- Prepare, analyse and monitor HR data intended for senior controlling as well as indicators necessary for human resources management; handle requests submitted by the HR Service Center and collaborate closely with various internal partners to ensure quality HR services
- Contribute to the continuity of HR services by providing cover for colleagues during absences if necessary and offering support on complex cases
What makes you unique
- Advanced professional training as an HR specialist or a degree from a university of applied sciences considered equivalent, combined with several years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, personnel law and supporting managers
- Excellent analytical, advisory and communication skills, combined with a strong service orientation and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
- Open, reliable and committed personality, able to build trust with diverse interlocutors and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and good knowledge of SAP HR
- Ideally, good oral and written knowledge of a second official language

As an experienced HR advisor, you professionally accompany and support line managers throughout the employee lifecycle. You contribute to organisational development by supporting HR transformation projects, participating in HR data management and helping implement a modern HR policy and strategy that meets the needs of managers and staff.
