Junior Site Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Supporting site management in organising, planning, and supervising construction sites
• Assisting in coordinating personnel, machinery, and building materials
• Monitoring construction execution regarding quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Assisting in preparing measurements, reports, and billing
• Contributing to cost control and budget compliance
• Communicating and collaborating with clients, architects, foremen, employees, and suppliers

Requirements

• Completed training in construction, for example as a bricklayer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), construction draughtsman, or a comparable qualification
• Further training as a certified site manager, construction manager, or willingness to undertake such training is an advantage
• Initial professional experience on construction sites is an advantage
• Interest in site management, construction site organisation, and project management
• Conscientious, independent, and resilient personality with strong organisational skills
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Confident use of common MS Office programmes is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
