Talent Acquisition Partner 70-80% (m/f/d)
Your tasks – our position
- You are jointly responsible for the holistic recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to contract signing – and advise managers as a sparring partner on equal footing.
- You conduct and accompany structured interviews, coordinate selection processes, and professionally guide candidates through all recruiting phases.
- You write innovative and interesting job advertisements and place them on the right recruiting channels.
- You actively help to further build, optimise, and expand our recruiting.
- You further develop our personnel marketing activities, e.g. through:
- Participation in welcome days and interaction with new employees
- Organisation and presence at fairs, events, or university days
- New ideas on how to authentically and attractively showcase medical, nursing, technical, and administrative professions
Your skills – our requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruiting including conducting interviews in Switzerland (preferably in the healthcare sector)
- Solid experience with active sourcing and social recruiting
- Enjoyment of communication, storytelling, and networking
- A structured and independent working style and enthusiasm to think ahead and optimise things, as well as a creative mindset
- Native German speaker as well as very good French skills (at least B2) are mandatory
