You are responsible for the reliable operation and further development of medical specialist applications and support users at 2nd and 3rd level.
You analyse clinical requirements, develop solution concepts, and implement them together with specialist departments and manufacturers.
You coordinate releases, changes, updates, and technical maintenance work and ensure their quality through structured testing.
You accompany smaller digitalisation and application projects from requirements to implementation.
You document solutions and processes and ensure that knowledge remains sustainably available for support and operation.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education with further training or a degree in medicine, business, or computer science.
You bring experience in application support or application management, ideally from healthcare.
You understand medical IT environments and are familiar with terms such as DICOM, HL7, SQL, and interface integration.
You work confidently with suppliers and specialist departments and can translate requirements into implementable technical solutions.
You convince through customer orientation, initiative, analytical thinking, and very good German skills.
