Role:
Specialist systems in the medical environment tolerate no failures. That is exactly why people like you are needed. You look after and develop a specialised patient data management system and also do some programming yourself. Availability, data integrity, updates and backups are your responsibility. In case of malfunctions, you analyse systematically and competently support users.
Responsibilities:
You look after, administer and further develop the patient data management system including your own programming
You ensure system availability and data integrity and are responsible for updates and backups
You manage users, rights, roles and access
You analyse malfunctions, resolve them and support users with problems
In addition, you coordinate topics, document thoroughly, standardise processes and provide on-call support remotely
Qualifications:
You have completed training or further education as an IT specialist, medical informatics specialist or an equivalent qualification
You bring several years of professional experience, preferably in a hospital environment or in medical technology
You have experience with specialised specialist systems in the clinical environment
Ideally, you have programming knowledge in C#
You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner
You communicate clearly with users and technical partners
