At Tenz, you take overall responsibility for People & Culture at the corporate level. You lead our P&C team, bring structure to processes, support managers and the executive board, and ensure that personnel resources, personnel costs and people-related matters are professionally managed throughout the company.
You report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive board, finance and managers. In doing so, you translate our corporate strategy into clear People & Culture priorities – from workforce planning and personnel cost control to leadership development, processes, culture and team structures.

Your tasks
- You further develop People & Culture as a strategic corporate function and continuously advance the area together with the team
- You drive performance management, leadership tools as well as the digitalisation and professionalisation of our HR processes
- You advise and support managers and the executive board on labour law, personnel and organisational issues
- You jointly manage personnel resources, workforce planning and personnel costs with the specialist departments
- You actively shape governance, corporate culture and employer branding and strengthen Tenz as an attractive employer
- You lead and develop the People & Culture team and create clear priorities, responsibilities and standards
Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience in People & Culture / HR
- Sound knowledge of labour law, personnel management and organisational development
- Experience in building and further developing processes, structures and HR systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of workforce planning, personnel costs and key figures
- Ability to advise managers at eye level and provide orientation even in demanding situations
- Hands-on mentality combined with high professionalism, discretion and implementation strength
