COMARCH ERP Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
ERP systems form the basis for numerous business processes. In this position, you combine technical support, business understanding, and continuous process improvement. You are the contact person for more complex support issues, accompany changes to the ERP solution, and support the departments in efficiently translating requirements into functioning solutions.
Responsibilities:
You take over the 2nd-level support for COMARCH and ensure a structured handling of incoming requests.
You analyse support tickets, set priorities, and manage cases until a sustainable solution is reached.
You ensure through active monitoring and consistent follow-up that open support cases are closed promptly.
You identify optimisation opportunities in ERP processes and develop solutions for standardisation and automation.
You create clear documentation for internal departments and key users and keep existing content up to date.
You participate in release upgrades and international rollouts and support their implementation.
You design and conduct training sessions and workshops for key users.
You advise business contacts on technical questions and support the analysis and implementation of new requirements.
You coordinate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers.
You plan and accompany maintenance windows and take on on-call duties if required.
Qualifications:
You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
You bring practical experience in application or ERP support, ideally from an industrial environment.
You are familiar with ERP systems and have ideally already worked with COMARCH.
You preferably have knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL Foundation.
You approach tasks analytically and in a structured manner and develop pragmatic solutions even for complex problems.
You work independently and can organise and prioritise your tasks autonomously.
You question existing processes and enjoy uncovering improvement potentials.
You are characterised by a high customer and service orientation.
You can communicate technical and professional contexts clearly to different stakeholder groups.
You enjoy working in a team and maintain open and cooperative communication.
You have very good German and good English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
