Dairy Technologist (a)

For a leading company in the Swiss dairy industry located in Oey, we are looking for a committed individual who, with craftsmanship and technical understanding, strengthens the production of our high-quality food products.

Your tasks

• Independent milk reception and professional execution of the incoming raw milk inspection
• Operation, control and monitoring of all production facilities for the manufacture of cheese milk
• Strict adherence to all internal regulations regarding occupational safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Execution of assigned tasks within maintenance, servicing and quality assurance
• Reliable order processing in the ERP system (SAP) as well as in the corresponding subsystems

Your skills

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) or solid professional experience as a dairy technologist, food technologist or in a similar field
• Very good German skills and advantageous French skills
• High technical understanding of complex machines and networked systems
• Strong hygiene and quality awareness as well as willingness to work flexible hours (two-shift operation including weekends)
• Team-oriented, reliable personality with a category B driving licence
• Ideally, Fachschule 1 or Fachschule 2 has already been attended (support available for further training to become a master craftsman/-woman)
