Commercial Employee CFC Apprenticeship

The activities of commercial employees are varied and depend on the departments and needs of the company. This versatile profession allows you to discover a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.

Typical work situations:

• Handling requests from clients and suppliers (online or offline)

• Managing internal and external orders

• Coordinating and organising work processes

• Researching, analysing and evaluating market information

• Participating in quality assurance activities

• Writing digital content and managing data

Requirements:

• Completed compulsory schooling (intermediate or higher level)

• Good language skills, especially in English

• Service orientation and ease in interpersonal contacts

• Diplomacy, patience and customer focus

• Organisational talent, reliability and ability to work in a team

• Good oral and written expression

• Quick comprehension, sense of responsibility and autonomy

Duration of the apprenticeship: 3 years
