IT Business Analyst Promotion Planning & Processing (m/f/d), 80-100 %
Tasks
- You analyse end-to-end processes in the SAP environment, identify optimisation potentials and develop suitable solutions together with business and IT
- You question business requirements and translate them into clear, testable user stories, features and acceptance criteria
- You actively shape our SAP-based solutions around promotion planning, volume forecasting, volume processing and allocation
- You analyse SAP processes, data flows and interfaces, develop solution concepts and accompany their implementation
- You bring together different stakeholders, drive topics independently and support quality assurance
Requirements
- Education or degree in (business) informatics or comparable professional experience
- Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and further development of SAP-based business processes
- Good SAP knowledge, ideally in the SAP retail environment as well as in volume processing, allocation or adjacent logistics processes
- Experience with agile working methods, user stories as well as Jira and Confluence
- Analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to clearly communicate complex business and technical contexts
