Our client

The company develops and implements technically demanding machinery and plant solutions for industrial applications and supports its customers from project planning to successful commissioning. Quality, reliability and a partnership-based collaboration are at the centre of this.
What can you achieve?
- You take overall responsibility for demanding machinery projects – from order placement to successful handover.
- You coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and ensure a smooth project process.
- You prepare offers, orders and project documentation and support the commercial processing.
- You monitor deadlines, costs and quality and keep an overview of several projects simultaneously.
- You support the field service with technical and commercial queries.
- You ensure transparent information flow between customers, project team and internal interfaces.
- You actively work with ERP systems as well as modern CRM solutions and carefully maintain all project data.
To succeed in this, your profile is:
- Commercial or technical basic training with appropriate further education.
- Several years of experience in project management or technical order processing.
- Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of complex customer projects.
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and common Microsoft Office applications.
- Structured, precise and independent working style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders.
- Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility.
