- Independent troubleshooting of complex faults as well as developing sustainable solutions and suitable workarounds
- Management and further development of users, roles, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Configuration and maintenance of security, compliance, and access policies for cloud and hybrid environments
- Operation and further development of hybrid identity environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, and group policies
- Creation and optimisation of automated workflows and administrative processes using PowerShell and Microsoft cloud technologies
- Responsibility for backup, restore, and recovery processes as well as ensuring the recoverability of business-critical data and services
- Technical documentation as well as collaboration on changes, migrations, platform optimisations, and the introduction of new Microsoft technologies
- Several years of professional experience in Microsoft system engineering, cloud engineering, or administration of complex Microsoft environments, ideally around six years or more
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure as well as experience in the productive operation of corresponding platforms
- Very good knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, group policies, and identity management
- Experience with permission management, conditional access, security policies, backup & recovery, and ideally Microsoft Defender
- Basic to good knowledge of PowerShell and interest in increasingly automating recurring administrative tasks
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to independently and structurally work on complex technical problems
- Fluent German skills (C2), very good English skills (at least B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Administration, configuration, monitoring, and continuous development of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms- Independent troubleshooting of complex faults as well as developing sustainable solutions and suitable workarounds
- Management and further development of users, roles, groups, and permissions in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Configuration and maintenance of security, compliance, and access policies for cloud and hybrid environments
- Operation and further development of hybrid identity environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, and group policies

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or system technology or comparable ICT training; further education such as Dipl. Technician HF IT, BSc IT, ICT System Engineer with federal certificate as well as Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300 or AZ-305 are advantageous- Several years of professional experience in Microsoft system engineering, cloud engineering, or administration of complex Microsoft environments, ideally around six years or more
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure as well as experience in the productive operation of corresponding platforms
- Very good knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments with Active Directory, Entra ID, AD Connect, group policies, and identity management
