IT System Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support SME clients as an IT expert for client, server, network and internet
You set up Microsoft 365 and ensure seamless integration
You install and configure IT systems and integrate them into existing environments
You manage Active Directory and GPOs and implement security solutions
You lead cloud and migration projects and ensure a smooth transition
You support customers on-site, remotely and by phone and find solution-oriented answers to technical challenges
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or a comparable qualification
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft products such as server, client, Office and Microsoft 365
You have experience with Hyper-V and complex system environments
You bring good network know-how for secure and stable environments
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
You hold a category B driving licence and are flexible for on-site assignments
