Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for BIM-supported architectural planning of demanding construction projects. In this role, you maintain an overall planning overview and create design, approval, and execution plans with Revit Architecture, taking into account the applicable building regulations. You coordinate your planning with the involved disciplines and ensure consistent implementation within the BIM model. You regularly work with German- and French-speaking project partners.
Responsibilities:
BIM-supported planning of construction projects across various planning and execution phases
Creation and editing of design, approval, and execution plans using Autodesk Revit Architecture
Maintenance, coordination, and quality assurance of BIM models as well as project-related planning data
Application of building regulations, standards, and project-specific planning bases
Coordination and alignment with structural engineering, building services, electrical planning, and HVAC planning
Close collaboration with project and construction management on planning and constructive issues
Implementation and further development of system details, construction details, and standardised planning solutions
Use of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model-based collaboration and document coordination
Conducting plan and model checks as well as resolving interfaces and planning inconsistencies
Preparation and creation of planning documents, presentations, and project documentation
Professional coordination with German- and French-speaking project partners
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture FH/ETH or training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable qualification
Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in architectural, execution, or BIM planning
Very good knowledge of CAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture
Practical experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM-based planning processes
Sound knowledge of construction, execution planning, and building regulations
Confident use of relevant graphics and presentation software
Good German and French language skills spoken and written
