On behalf of our client based in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator - MECM / SCCM (m/f/d) responsible for the administration, operation, and support of Microsoft environments, as well as the management and deployment of applications on workstations.
Your mission
- Administer and operate the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) platform, including adding, modifying, and deleting application packages.
- Ensure packaging, testing, and deployment of applications in MSI/MSP formats, notably using PowerShell scripts.
- Administer and modify group policies (GPO) and manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP components.
- Handle level 2 and 3 technical support, analyse complex incidents, and ensure their resolution in compliance with ITIL processes.
- Participate in maintaining operational conditions of Windows environments, their monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational and deployment processes.
Your profile
- Higher education in computer science (HES, ES, CFC or equivalent qualification), complemented by at least 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft environment administration.
- Excellent command of MECM/SCCM, especially for application management, packaging, and workstation deployments.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting, MSI/MSP application packaging, and administration of GPO, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience in level 2 and 3 technical support, good knowledge of ITIL processes, and ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.
- Residence in Switzerland.
