Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) 100% - Temporary

We are immediately seeking a committed individual as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) 100% for our client. The position is initially limited until the end of the year, with a possibility of extension.

Your Tasks

• Support of the sales team in daily operational business
• Creation, follow-up and management of offers, contracts and price lists
• Maintenance and updating of customer master data
• Support in the creation and processing of quotations
• Interface function between sales and internal departments such as marketing, product management and onboarding
• Independent handling of customer enquiries in the area of Adds, Moves & Changes (AMCs)
• Support of the SWAT team as well as taking over internal and external communication
• Processing and coordination of customer complaints with a focus on customer- and solution-oriented handling
• Accompanying the sales team on customer and partner visits

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification (e.g. experience in customer service or call centre)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Strong communication skills as well as an analytical and networked way of thinking
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• High IT affinity and confident handling of digital systems
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Team-oriented, flexible and service-minded personality
