HR Assistant - part-time - fixed-term contract

Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We wish to recruit a part-time HR Assistant – fixed-term contract

Mission:

• Ensure the administrative management of personnel and maintain employee files;
• Manage procedures related to social insurances, notably AHV, APG and family allowances;
• Monitor absences, illnesses and accidents as well as the corresponding administrative procedures;
• Manage employee entries and exits;
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates and other HR documents;
• Ensure the monitoring of working hours and absences, notably via Mobatime;
• Provide administrative support in recruitment: job advertisement publication, pre-selection of applications and communication with candidates;
• Respond to employees’ administrative requests and ensure reliable and confidential follow-up of files.

Profile

• You have training in human resources, ideally with a Federal Certificate of HR Manager, or are currently undergoing training;
• You have good knowledge of Swiss HR administration, notably AHV and the 1st and 2nd pillars;
• Some initial experience in HR is an asset, but junior profiles are also welcome;
• Some practical experience, even as part of an internship, is appreciated;
• You are comfortable with administrative tasks and demonstrate rigour, reliability and organisation;
• You are autonomous, discreet and have a sense of confidentiality;
• You have a perfect command of French and ideally good knowledge of English;
• You are comfortable with MS Office and, ideally, have already used Mobatime.
