Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Perform maintenance and service work on industrial plants at the customer's site

• Diagnose, repair and promptly resolve malfunctions and technical defects on the plants

• Professionally modify existing industrial plants and modernise them according to customer requirements

• Carry out safety inspections and technical approvals in accordance with applicable regulations

• Document completed work and prepare service reports

• Advise customers on technical questions and optimisation possibilities for their plants

• Work closely with headquarters and the technical team to find solutions for complex tasks

• Operate within the regional service area with occasional assignments beyond the region

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as an agricultural machinery, car, construction machinery mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or in a comparable technical profession

• Several years of professional experience in service or maintenance is an advantage, but motivated career starters are also welcome

• Technical understanding and manual skills in dealing with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems

• Valid driving licence class B, ideally also willingness to acquire further driving licence classes

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Strong customer orientation and friendly, professional appearance at the customer's site

• Flexibility and willingness to travel for assignments in the regional service area as well as occasional assignments beyond the region
