Agile Test Manager (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a leading insurance group based in Switzerland, specialising in health and accident insurance. Role:
Stable releases do not happen by chance but through well-thought-out quality assurance. As an Agile Test Manager, you take on exactly this responsibility and manage all test activities from planning to go-live. You bring structure to agile teams and rely on test automation and clear processes. With your experience, you shape the quality culture sustainably and build trust in every release.
Responsibilities:
You plan, manage and coordinate all test activities, thus ensuring the quality of releases.
Within the Scrum and project teams, you take on a controlling role and ensure compliance with quality standards.
You further develop the test strategy and test guidelines and establish standardised test processes.
Furthermore, you ensure smooth go-lives with automated regression tests in frontend and backend.
You report transparently to internal and external stakeholders on test progress, quality and risks.
In addition, you select appropriate test methods deliberately and apply them effectively.
Qualifications:
A completed education in computer science or a comparable qualification forms your basis.
You bring solid experience in test management and are familiar with integration, regression and performance tests from practice.
Agile methods such as Scrum are familiar to you and you enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams.
Moreover, you are characterised by a pronounced quality and risk awareness as well as a holistic understanding of testing.
You work in a structured manner, act responsibly and assert yourself with clear communication.
Additionally, an ISTQB certification is a plus, and you communicate fluently in German and can easily converse in English.
