About the job

Do you have solid experience in fiduciary services and wish to join a family-sized company?

For one of our clients, a family-run fiduciary of a human scale, we are looking for a Mandate Manager at 80-100%. 

Your tasks with your new employer

• You independently manage a portfolio of clients
• You ensure the complete management of accounting up to closing
• You prepare annual accounts and regulatory financial statements
• You manage payroll processes as well as social charges (AHV, BVG, etc.)
• You prepare tax declarations for individuals and legal entities
• You develop and check VAT statements
• You support and advise clients on a daily basis

You offer your new employer

• You hold a university or HES degree in economics, or the Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting
• You have about 8 years of experience in fiduciary services in Switzerland
• You have a perfect command of Swiss accounting, taxation and VAT
• You are comfortable with IT tools and accounting software
• You possess good analytical and synthesis skills
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of service and interpersonal ease
• You are autonomous, rigorous, proactive and responsible
