Financial Accountant Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the only independent provider of storage and embedded IoT solutions in Europe for demanding applications, with development sites in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA.
Responsibilities:
Management of ongoing financial accounting for several companies with a focus on accounts receivable
Support in accounts payable accounting
Posting of incoming payments and handling of payment discrepancies
Reconciliation of accounts and open items as well as participation in dunning and debt collection
Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
Preparation and creation of periodic Swiss VAT returns
Participation in the optimisation and further development of accounting processes
Qualifications:
Commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting
Several years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss VAT
Very good Excel and ERP skills, ideally SAP
Good German and English skills as well as precise and independent working style
