At the University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you support a dedicated research team in gaining new insights into mental health. With your organisational talent, attention to detail, and enjoyment of varied tasks, you create the administrative foundations that make innovative research possible. You can expect a varied role at the interface of science, university, and clinical practice.
Your tasks
- You are the central contact person for researchers in adult psychiatry
- You act as the interface between the clinic and research in all administrative matters
- You are responsible for the administrative processing of research appointments – from personnel planning and recruitment to departure
- You carry out absence and time controls and support personnel administrative queries
- You manage operating and third-party funds and coordinate the debtor and creditor workflow in the university systems
- You administer the cost centres of adult psychiatry research and support financial processes
- You assist in organising and coordinating events, meetings, and other occasions
- You ensure efficient administrative processes and contribute to professional support of the research operations
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in a university or administrative environment
- You work confidently with MS Office and ideally have knowledge of SAP or comparable systems
- You convince with your high service orientation as well as your professional and social skills
- You organise your tasks independently, structured, and reliably
- You work precisely and keep an overview even with different requirements
- You appreciate teamwork, are flexible, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
