In the Methods and Processes team, you work closely with colleagues from Operations, Infrastructure, as well as Legal and Compliance, and you see directly how your work improves quality and efficiency in Facility Management (FM). • You further develop our FM standards, methods and processes and contribute to a safe, efficient and legally compliant operation of buildings and facilities.
• With professional document management, you ensure quality, consistency and governance of guidelines, concepts and fundamentals.
• You lead specialist projects and accompany the implementation in the regions in cooperation with adjacent divisions.
• You prepare tenders, contract bases and standard definitions and coordinate the relevant stakeholders.
• In Business Continuity Management, you develop and maintain concepts to ensure operational capability and integrate requirements from scenarios such as a power shortage into processes and standards.
• You take on mandates for cross-departmental topics and represent the Centre of Competence Facility Management professionally.

• You work cooperatively in a team and communicate clearly and appropriately across specialist areas.
• With your conceptual strength and analytical working method, you transform complex contexts into practical solutions.
• In Business Continuity Management (BCM), you bring practical know-how, ideally in the environment of critical infrastructures; your technical understanding in building maintenance supports you in developing realistic scenarios and measures.
• You bring several years of experience in a comparable role in strategic or operational Facility Management and have already taken responsibility in project management or interdisciplinary coordination.
• In process management, you apply proven methods and further develop standards; you also have sound knowledge in document management with clear governance.
• You have a degree at FH/HF level in Facility Management, Engineering or Business Administration or a comparable qualification and command German at least at level C1, ideally another national language at level A2 or above.
