Hirslanden Bern AG includes the Beau-Site Clinic, Salem Hospital and Permanence Clinic with a total of around 350 beds. We offer two apprenticeships as Commercial Employees EFZ starting on 1 August 2027.
During your training, you will be deployed in various administrative areas of our hospital group. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the healthcare sector and allow you to benefit from different teams and expertise at all our locations.

YOUR TASKS
- You process outpatient and inpatient registrations
- You order consumables and capital goods and manage the stationery stock
- You manage appointments, prepare meetings and respond to emails and various correspondence
- You record the services provided and prepare patient invoices
- You respond to enquiries from patients and insurance companies
- You participate in ongoing marketing and communication projects and coordinate printing and layout orders
- You process invoices, check incoming payments and assist with bookkeeping

- You have completed compulsory schooling (secondary school or very good general certificate)
- You enjoy a varied range of tasks in the healthcare sector
- You are interested in administrative work
- You work reliably and independently
- You are open and communicative
- You have good manners
- You are an upbeat, motivated and interested personality
