Project Manager HVAC / Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Project Manager HVAC, you independently handle demanding projects and are responsible for their professional planning and implementation according to applicable SIA standards and internal quality standards. In addition to technical project work, you contribute to the training of apprentices, customer acquisition, and the further development of the business.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage HVAC projects from planning to implementation.
You prepare tenders, technical calculations, and project documentation.
You draw and edit technical plans using Bausoft Haustech-CAD.
You participate in project meetings and coordinate with the involved specialist departments.
You accompany and support apprentices during their training.
You actively contribute to the acquisition of customers and new projects.
You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
You contribute your expertise and ideas to the further development of the company.
Qualifications:
You hold a degree as a certified engineer FH / BSc or certified technician HF HVAC.
You think entrepreneurially and act with cost and quality awareness.
You possess strong leadership and assertiveness skills.
You communicate confidently and persuasively with customers, partners, and employees.
You are passionate about building services engineering and enjoy your profession.
You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
You are proficient in MS Office.
