Industrial Support Technician (M/F)
Your mission:
• Ensure maintenance and level 2 support of IT equipment integrated into production facilities
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computer workstations, business applications and industrial network infrastructures
• Configure workstations connected to machine tools, workbenches and measuring devices
• Set up industrial networks necessary for the transfer of machining programmes and data exchanges
• Implement and configure network equipment as well as internal communication applications
• Assist suppliers during remote maintenance operations on industrial equipment
• Participate in deployment and development projects of IT solutions in an industrial environment
Your profile:
• Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist or equivalent training
• Proven experience in level 2 industrial support
• Good understanding of technical IT, including networks, hardware, software, security systems and automation
• Knowledge of production facilities and industrial communication protocols
• Experience participating in projects in an industrial environment
• Certification in IT service management is an advantage
• Technical versatility and ability to quickly adapt to various technologies
• Good communication skills, team spirit and strong customer orientation
• Rigour, organisational skills, proactivity and stress resistance
