Building Professional | Administrative Career Change 60-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Advise building professionals on the choice of materials and technical solutions suited to their projects
• Analyse clients' needs and provide concrete responses based on your field experience
• Prepare quotes and ensure follow-up of tenders
• Manage the administrative and technical follow-up of files
• Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and various site stakeholders
• Participate in the management of purchases, supplies, and orders
• Control stock entries and ensure proper delivery tracking
• Contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of professional clients

Profile

• Training in construction or significant experience in the construction sector
• Experience as a bricklayer, team leader, foreman, site manager, technician, or similar role
• Good knowledge of construction materials and their application
• Interest in a role combining technical, coordination, and client relations aspects
• Ease in telephone exchanges and contact with professionals
• Organised, rigorous, and solution-oriented personality
• Good command of common IT tools
• Knowledge of tender procedures is an advantage
