For our Plan-les-Ouates agency, we are currently looking for a Estate Agent.
Your main responsibilities:
On the various sites, you actively participate in the smooth running of the buildings and the comfort of the occupants. You intervene both on site and in coordination with the various stakeholders.
Technical & maintenance
- Monitor installations and organise necessary interventions (HVAC, electricity, security…)
- Carry out simple maintenance actions and support works
Energy & security
- Monitor consumption and identify any anomalies
- Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment
Site life & services
- Coordinate service providers (cleaning, maintenance…)
- Ensure the quality of spaces and services on a daily basis
Occupant relations
- Be a local point of contact
- Respond to requests and ensure effective follow-up
Monitoring & organisation
- Ensure follow-up of interventions and activities
- Participate in the routine administrative management of the site
Your profile:
- Technical training (building, maintenance or equivalent field)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Comfortable both on site and with IT tools and administrative tasks
- Availability to travel to other sites
- Driving licence essential and personal vehicle available
- Service-oriented, rigorous in writing reports and following up interventions, good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Organised, autonomous, proactive and available
