Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent planning and project management of HVAC projects with a focus on heating and ventilation. You will handle building technology projects through the relevant SIA phases, prepare technical planning documents, and take responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality. In addition to operational project work, you will be involved in customer care and project acquisition and can actively help shape the further development of the company. There is potential to take on additional entrepreneurial responsibility up to a partnership.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of heating and ventilation projects through the relevant SIA phases
Development of HVAC concepts as well as dimensioning and design of building technology systems and installations
Creation and processing of CAD plans, schematics, and technical planning documents
Conducting calculations and technical variant comparisons as well as assessments regarding cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency
Responsibility for meeting project objectives regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and technical requirements
Coordination of interfaces with architects, specialist planners, clients, installation companies, and other project participants
Preparation of tender documents and specifications as well as support with submissions and awards
Accompanying projects during execution, commissioning, and acceptance as well as performing technical quality controls
Application of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology regulations in planning and execution
Support of existing clients as well as active acquisition of new customers and projects
Participation in offers, fee calculations, and project costing as well as in the economic management of own projects
Opportunity to take on further entrepreneurial responsibility and prospective participation in the company
Qualifications:
Degree as Dipl. Technician HF Building Technology, specialising in heating or ventilation, or comparable technical further education
Several years of experience in planning and project management of HVAC projects in the Swiss building technology environment
Sound knowledge in heating and/or ventilation technology, dimensioning, and technical design
Experience with CAD planning as well as knowledge of the relevant SIA phases and building technology standards
Knowledge in project costing, cost control, tendering, and awarding
Experience in customer care and project acquisition as well as interest in entrepreneurial responsibility
Good German language skills spoken and written
