Role:
A highly specialised Swiss technology company focused on the development and manufacture of highly precise and miniaturised electronic components for demanding applications.
The manufacturing process involves numerous highly complex steps and requires close cooperation between engineering, production, quality assurance, and development. Employees thus work on technologies used in demanding and sometimes life-critical applications and can continuously develop their expertise in an internationally oriented, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
You ensure complete and timely payroll processing and handle all upstream and downstream payroll processes.
You process social security and year-end tasks, coordinate absence management, and act as an interface to insurance companies, offices, and authorities.
As deputy to the HR team leader, you support the team with more complex HR issues and take on additional responsibility in day-to-day business.
You participate in recruitment and are responsible for the administrative handling of terminations and releases.
Through meaningful HR and payroll reports, you provide relevant key figures and payroll-related data for internal management.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with further training in HR, payroll, or a comparable field forms your foundation.
You bring several years of experience in HR and have particularly sound knowledge of Swiss payroll.
You are confident and practice-oriented in dealing with social security and labour law issues.
A high degree of personal responsibility, accuracy, and discretion characterise your working style.
You have confident German language skills.
