Following the upcoming departure of the current holder, the Board of the Pré Convert Foundation is advertising the position of:

Director

Full-time position (100%)

Your mission

• Ensure the overall financial and budgetary management of the institution comprising two residential sites (Claire-Fontaine and Les Boutons d’Or) with 50 and 34 beds respectively
• Lead and support the medico-social, paramedical and administrative staff across both sites
• Coordinate administrative, medical and paramedical activities to ensure comprehensive and smooth care for residents
• Promote and guarantee the safety, comfort and well-being of the elderly, in line with the institution’s care philosophy

Profile sought & key skills

• Expertise in elderly care and support: solid understanding of geriatric issues and dependency; ability to promote a care philosophy focused on quality of life, safety and dignity of residents
• Education: higher education (University of Applied Sciences, university or equivalent) in health, social work or management, complemented by a diploma in institutional management
• Management & Leadership: proven experience in a senior role, with demonstrated skills in financial and administrative management and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Personal qualities: dynamic, open and attentive personality, recognised for interpersonal ease and ability to unite teams
