Your Area of Responsibility

• Overall responsibility: Leadership and further development of vocational training in the German and Western Switzerland regions (focus on retail)
• Recruitment & Expansion: Acquisition of apprentices and expansion of training places
• Support for apprentices: Holistic guidance including assessments and final exam preparation
• Support for trainers: Empowerment and coaching of trainers in daily business
• Events: Organisation of induction days and apprentice events
• Administration & Quality: Ensuring administrative processes and quality management
• Deputising: Full deputising in the absence of the Head of Training

Your Profile

• Education: Completed basic training with further education in HR, vocational training or business administration
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in vocational training in retail as well as in the establishment and further development of training structures
• Skills: Affinity for digital media and learning platforms as well as good knowledge of the Swiss education system
• Language skills: Very good German and French skills
