Sound knowledge of building construction, materialisation, and architectural detail planning as well as understanding of economical construction methods
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, cantonal building regulations, and building permit procedures as well as relevant planning and project processes
Good German language skills in spoken and written form for planning documents, building applications, and technical communication with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
