Overall Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a qualified specialist for the planning and project management of demanding building services engineering projects. You will independently handle projects across various planning phases and coordinate the technical interfaces between the involved disciplines. The focus is on project design, CAD planning, technical coordination and quality assurance as well as adherence to costs and deadlines. Responsibilities:
Independent planning and handling of demanding building services engineering projects from concept development to realisation
Taking on project management including coordination of schedules, costs, quality and project resources
Development and evaluation of building services engineering concepts and technical solution variants
Creation and processing of CAD plans, schematics, tender documents and technical documentation
Coordination of interfaces between HVAC, electrical, architecture and other disciplines
Conducting project, planning and coordination meetings with clients and project partners
Preparation of tenders, specifications and cost estimates as well as support with awarding contracts
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services engineering standards
Accompanying projects during execution, site supervision, commissioning and acceptance
Conducting quality controls and reviewing planning and execution documents
Contributing to the further development of CAD/BIM processes, planning standards and digital workflows
Qualifications:
Completed further education as FH Engineer Building Services, HF Technician Building Services or comparable technical qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in planning and project design of building services engineering systems
Sound knowledge in building services engineering planning and interdisciplinary coordination
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning standards
Confident handling of CAD applications and industry-standard planning software
Experience with BIM and digital planning methods is an advantage
Very good German language skills for technical documentation and project meetings
