You combine strategic foresight with a good sense for day-to-day operations.

As a member of the management team, you take responsibility for production, logistics and infrastructure. You set clear priorities, further develop structures and processes, and create the conditions for a safe, efficient and future-proof operation.

In doing so, you stay close to the employees and the workflows. Together with your team, you drive technical, organisational and digital improvements forward and actively shape the further development of the site.
 

What can you achieve?

• Take overall responsibility for production, logistics and infrastructure

• Ensure a safe, efficient and punctual production operation

• Optimally control production planning, resources and material flows

• Further develop plant availability, maintenance and investment projects

• Optimise and digitalise production and logistics processes

• Lead, promote and specifically develop the team

• Consistently anchor quality, hygiene and occupational safety

• Actively shape the strategic development of the company

To succeed well, your profile is:

• Technical or food technology basic training, ideally with HF/FH further education

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in food production, ideally beverages, dairy or comparable

• Very good understanding of production plants, technical processes and logistics processes

• Experience in production planning, maintenance and continuous improvement

• Familiarity with quality, hygiene and safety requirements

• Clear, binding and motivating leadership personality

• Pragmatic, decisive working style and entrepreneurial thinking

• Confident handling of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
