Certified Cook (M/F/D)

• Prepare and cook meals in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Develop dishes adapted to the needs of patients, staff and visitors.
• Manage stock and ensure compliance with technical sheets.
• Participate in the organisation and setup of services.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee efficient and quality service.
• Strictly apply HACCP rules and current standards in a hospital environment.

• Certified cook diploma (mandatory)
• Experience in collective catering, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Ability to work in a team while being autonomous.
• Organisation, rigour and sense of service.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum B1).
• MANDATORY AVAILABILITY FROM 1st JUNE TO 1st OCTOBER 2026.
• Residence in Geneva mandatory AND holder of a B or C permit (Swiss nationality), with a clean criminal record.
