Clerk Administration & Order Processing (m/f/d)
Activities
- Independent order processing from order entry to invoicing
- Creating and editing quotations, time reports and invoices
- Telephone and written support of our customers and business partners
- Support of site managers in administrative matters
- Maintenance of customer, project and master data
- General administrative tasks and correspondence
Requirements
- Commercial basic training EFZ or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in administration or order processing, ideally in the construction or construction-related industry
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office applications and knowledge of Sorba are advantageous
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
- Organisational talent, teamwork and high customer orientation
