Your mission

Integrated within an exceptional finishing workshop combining artisanal tradition and innovation, you ensure the complete finishing of high-end watch case components (cases, middle parts, backs, bezels), strictly respecting the criteria of excellence, quality craftsmanship, and safety instructions.

Your responsibilities

• Carry out all finishing operations on complex parts: lapping, polishing, brightening, felting and satin finishing

• Master the entire polishing cycle on precious metals, particularly on gold

• Ensure cleaning and washing of components after each stage

• Perform rigorous aesthetic and dimensional self-inspection using appropriate measuring instruments (binocular microscope, loupe)

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process (CIP): identify and report non-conformities, propose technical optimisations

Your profile

• Recognised training in the field: Federal VET Diploma as Polisher, Watch Case Finisher or equivalent

• Proven experience in a similar position, with demonstrated practice on watch cases

• Proven expertise working with gold and precious metals

• Exceptional manual dexterity, excellent visual acuity and keen aesthetic sensitivity

• Autonomy, flexibility, rigour and a taste for teamwork

• Constructive mindset, meticulousness and commitment to uncompromising quality

Job conditions

• Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

• Work rate: 100%

• Workplace: Canton of Neuchâtel

• Start date: Immediately or to be agreed
