Team Leader Production Planning & Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your leadership experience and actively shape the processes between production, logistics and international goods traffic? In this versatile position, you are responsible for several areas along the supply chain and ensure smooth collaboration. You will develop your team further and bring new ideas to optimise existing processes.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel management of the logistics, export and production planning departments.
You ensure efficient processes in the warehouse and shipping areas and guarantee reliable material supply for production.
You coordinate production and order preparation and keep an eye on material planning.
You organise transport within Switzerland and abroad and ensure reliable export handling.
You check the required shipping and export documents and ensure their correct processing.
You coordinate collaboration between purchasing, manufacturing and external logistics partners.
You identify improvement potentials along the supply chain and further develop existing workflows.
You establish clear responsibilities and efficient interfaces between the various departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with further education in supply chain management.
You bring several years of leadership experience from a manufacturing or production-related company.
Good knowledge of SAP is part of your professional toolkit.
You have practical experience in coordinating material and goods flows.
You are characterised by organisational talent, analytical thinking, strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style and enjoy working across departments.
