Quality Controller

A company in the Jura Arc is looking for a rigorous, responsive, and excellence-oriented Quality Controller, ready to ensure the compliance of high-end watch components.

Quality controller training (TQ1): an asset

Proficiency in QuickControl software

Excellent knowledge of conventional measuring tools and specific equipment

Knowledge of AQL sampling methods

Comfortable with small components (tweezers work)

Reading plans and GPS dimensioning mastered

Rigour, precision, analysis, attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality & Production

What you bring
Your expertise guarantees the reliability, compliance, and performance of the quality flow. You are an essential link between production, quality, and customer requirements. Ensuring dimensional and aesthetic compliance of components according to control ranges and visual standards

Ensuring the release of compliant products and quickly detecting any deviation

Maintaining reliable traceability of control data for impeccable quality monitoring

Contributing to the smoothness of the production flow: reactive controls, series departures, batch releases

Actively participating in continuous improvement by proposing corrective actions and optimisations

Incoming inspection: dimensional, visual, and documentary compliance

In-process inspection: rapid detection of deviations, securing the flow

Final inspection: validation of finished products before shipment or subcontracting

Your daily activities

Perform dimensional checks with micrometres, dial gauges, OGP Starlite, Keyence ILM, Microspeed, GR, BARImètre

Carry out rigorous visual inspections at each stage of the process

Read and interpret technical plans (GPS), tolerances, and dimensioning

Precisely document results in QuickControl and via follow-up reports

Prioritise controls according to delivery requirements

Ensure batch tracking, manage flows, release series for delivery or subcontracting
